Evan (left) working with John on reopening a beautiful exterior door that had been enclosed in a closet by a previous owner. This will become the main entry for the home. Plans are for the front porch to become a sitting area for visiting with neighbors. 

The interior transformation of this 120-year-old beauty is well underway. The rooms have been reconfigured, most of the demolition is complete and sheet rocking has begun.
