There were several people interested in this home before it was completed. Because of this, we did not place it on the market, but instead worked with those who contacted us, were pre-qualified and prepared to purchase the home.
This delightful home in an established neighborhood responded well to a little tender loving care. We preserved and accented the architectural existing architectural details while making updates for energy efficiency and livability. Fresh paint in a soft, complementary color palate of blue, gray and beige, along with the light from the repaired windows made the spaces feel airy and welcoming.
From the front door you walk into the main living area which featured an arched doorway, arch top built-in display shelves, and heavy crown molding.
You pass from the living area to a dining space painted a medium gray and featuring a ceiling mounted light fixture that plays with the light.
The updated galley kitchen is directly behind the dining area. We reworked the period sink fixtures, updated the cabinets and installed new appliances.
