PRICE - not disclosed

As with three of the last four homes we have renovated, this home was under contract before its completion.  Because of this, the house was not publicly marketed for sale

Not too big. Not too small. Just right.

This goes here….

This well-crated home on a dead end street, once owned by an avid gardener had been a rental for many years. While its bones were good, many areas had suffered from neglect. To bring it up to date, we moved a few walls and created a brand new kitchen and dining area. Out back we added a patio and created a doorway to it from the kitchen. We repurposed the former kitchen, located by the back door and out of regular traffic patterns, into an office/studio area with a tucked away laundry area.

And that goes there…

By moving the kitchen, we were able to create a master bedroom suite that has plenty of storage.

There are many improvements not visible to the eye, including updated updated HVAC, plumbing and electrical services. You can see the new windows, the fresh paint, updated light fixtures and the refinished floors along with the updated existing bath.

Altogether charming. Just charming.

Here’s a shout out to the great people and local businesses we worked with in taking this house apart and putting it back together: K&K Plumbing, Mark and David of Mark’s Painting, Mark Ward - The Tub Guy, Jeff Bitner of AAA Pest Control, Mary Davis of C. Howard Davis Home Appraisals, Riteway HVAC and Rick Cogswell.

And here’s to the national retailers we frequent—many of the store employees know us by name—Lowe’s, Home Depot, Floor and Decor, and PPG Paints.

And again, many thanks to the people who live on the Sheridan for your encouragement. We loved getting to know you.
