A wonderful feeling

Last Sunday, we held the open house. After months of work, we proudly showed what we had done over the last four months to interested buyers and neighbors.

When walking through the home with those who are considering purchasing it, we find it hard not to tell the back story of what we did and how. However, this is all historic.

Those who come to see the home want to see how it is. They want to imagine themselves living there, waking in the morning, returning in the evening. They want to feel the rhythm of the rooms, hear the neighborhood sounds, see which spaces are sunny and just where they will place their favorite chair.

We are pleased to say that this Sunday, the house is under contract with a back-up offer. Someone will soon be calling 987 Idlewild home--not just imagining their life in the property, but preparing to soon live there.
