to all who visited our Open House on Sunday, in spite of the slippery conditions. We enjoyed meeting all who came by, and the number of guests who attended was an all-time high for us. We are pleased to say the home is under contract, and the buyer hopes to call 2209 Oliver his home in mid-February.
