An almost tiny home

We will close on an adorable little cottage in Cooper Young this week. While it is very small, it is in a great location, and we believe will be just right for someone who wants to live in a home in the area, but does not want the responsibility of a yard. We have found a great model to follow as we plan the renovation in a recent issue of Southern Living. It shows great ideas for making the best use of small spaces.
